Brian Maruffi is a leadership and organization development consultant and coach with over 20 years of international and domestic experience working with CEO’s, senior executives, managing directors, partners, high potential managers and management teams in Europe, Canada, China, Japan, and South America. Dr. Maruffi was global Director of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at AIG, Ciba, and Novartis. Brian received his B.A. in Psychology (with Honors) and Biology from New York University. He received an M.A. degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from New York University’s, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and an M.A. degree in Management Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Brian received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Management from Columbia University.

Brian is a Professor of Management at Fordham University’s, School of Business. He is responsible for developing and delivering Fordham’s Executive MBA Leadership Development Program. He is also responsible for developing courses and curriculum in the areas of strategic planning, international HR management, supply chain management and social entrepreneurship. Brian is also an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at NYU Stern Graduate School of Business. He was a member of the faculty at Columbia University, Pace University and St. John’s University. He is a stimulating and engaging public speaker.
