Stacy Berman, M.S.

Stacy Berman has 16 years of corporate organizational effectiveness and development experience and has worked in many different industries.  She has worked with such companies as American Express, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nabisco, Hoffmann-La Roche, Shearson-Lehman Brothers, in addition to working for NYC government. 

Stacy has designed and led major corporate initiatives in the areas of leadership and management development, performance management, coaching, change management, career development, team development and stress management.  Stacy has in depth experience designing, developing and facilitating management and leadership development training programs as well as providing one-on-one executive coaching. 

Stacy’s expertise is in working with organizations and individuals to help re-energize the work environment, thus enabling employees to grow, develop and increase their commitment level to the organization.  To that end, she provides services in the areas of: leadership development, team building, executive and individual coaching, work-life effectiveness, stress management, and organizational effectiveness.  Stacy provides a combination of consulting services and training, creating customized organizational solutions to complex issues.

Stacy has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Science/Human Resource Development from Villanova University.  Her B.S. degree is in Experimental Psychology, from Binghamton University
